Grab a current newspaper or magazine - something with today's date visible on it - and take one picture facing the front with your abs relaxed (not flexing), one picture facing the front with your abs flexed, and one picture from the side.

STEP 2:

CREATE A GOAL YOU CAN DESCRIBE IN ONE SENTENCE




Make it simple, but powerful: I want to be able to see my six pack, or I want to lose X number of pounds, or I want to drop a pant size.

STEP 3:

FIND A PLAN FOR YOUR SUCCESS AND STICK TO IT
