I got something special for you today.
In fact, some would call it “super” (pun intended).
A lot of people think we like Superheroes because of how powerful they are and we fantasize how “easy” it would be for us to have those superhuman abilities.
And while it’s true that we respect their strength and speed, the real reason we like them so much has nothing to do with their superpowers.
You see, the REAL reason we f**ks with superheroes heavy is because of how they overcome obstacles and extremely difficult circumstances to win, no matter how hard they had it.
*Batman’s parents were killed in front of his very eyes
*Spiderman’s Uncle was murdered by someone he could’ve stopped earlier in the evening
*Superman’s entire fake planet was destroyed
So when I hear all the excuses people make as to why they can’t workout or track their meals (kids, job, school) I can’t help but wish they’d begin acting like the superheroes that they wear on their pajamas.
It’s time for YOU to begin acting heroic, which doesn’t have to be flying over a building or saving a stranger’s life.
It can be as simple as making sure you’re strong and fit, so you can protect your friends, loved ones and serve as a healthy and positive role model for your family.
