One of the main things that separates CHUMPS from CHAMPS, is that CHAMPIONS do the things other people don’t want to do. CHAMPIONS do the the things that are difficult, challenging, boring, or just SUCK.
Successful people do them every f*cking day, week, month, and year. Without fail. They never learn to “like” these things, either.

“I hated EVERY DAY OF TRAINING, but I decided to SUFFER NOW and LIVE THE REST OF MY LIFE AS A CHAMPION!”
Read that quote again! Unsuccessful people only do thing when they are motivated.
But how do you stay MOTIVATED? 🤔 . You don’t... .
Nobody is motivated all the time. You can’t depend on motivation... However, you CAN depend on DISCIPLINE!
Motivation means “you feel like it” or “ you are excited”. Discipline means you do what you are supposed to do, when you are supposed to do it, whether you feel like it or not!!!
So how do you build that discipline? The same way you get good at anything, with practice! Discipline is like a muscle, the more you use it the stronger it gets 💪🏽 .
Taking that cold shower every day (even though I don't want to) builds my discipline muscle. When you don’t feel like doing something you are supposed to do, THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME TO DO IT because that is the only time you get to practice discipline!!!
When you're “MOTIVATED”, you are NOT using discipline. Your discipline muscle can’t get stronger when you’re motivated. So, you should be happy when you are not feeling like it because THAT is your only opportunity to get stronger 💪🏽
